- 1500 Euros. The customer should send a damage deposit 2 weeks before arrival. On departure of the guests the owner/property manager has 10 working days to claim any damages. If no claim is made within this period, the deposit will be automatically returned to the customer.
Booking conditions :
- Deposit : 30% of the total amount at the moment of the booking
- Balance : 30 days prior the date of arrival
Cancellation conditions :
- Up to D-30 : Fee = 30% of the total rental amount
- Less than D-30 : Fee = 100% of the total rental amount
