Description
VILLA PATTY - 10 PEOPLE - 5 BEDROOMS
Beyond its grand gates, Villa Patty reveals itself with a sense of grace and grandeur. A palm-lined driveway leads the way, guiding you through tropical whispers toward the main entrance, framed by twin stone fountains that murmur in welcome. The moment the doors open, the ocean unfurls before you in a majestic 180-degree panorama, with the misty outline of Saba gracing the distant horizon. At your feet, a lush green lawn sways gently in the breeze — a living prelude to the refined serenity within. Villa Patty delivers an elevated standard of detail and comfort in a rare and intimate setting. Located just minutes from the unspoiled beaches of Terres Basses on the French side and the vibrant nightlife of Maho in Dutch St. Maarten, it is a villa that offers the best of both worlds — secluded peace and the pulse of the island, all within reach.
Exterior :
- The villa’s immense indoor-outdoor living space feels limitless, bathed in light and caressed by the Caribbean air. A sleek gazebo — all clean lines and quiet elegance — anchors a stunning L-shaped saltwater pool that glides along the full length of the terrace. You can wade in gently via a sloped beach or descend the steps from the gazebo to reach an island daybed floating like a dream on water. By dusk, soft lighting glows from the gazebo’s signature leaf-pattern ceiling, while plush seating and a well-appointed wet bar create the perfect haven for admiring the sunset’s fiery descent into the sea
- Around the pool, eight loungers, two daybeds, and generous parasols offer myriad ways to bask in the sun or sink into restful shade. The villa’s aesthetic marries contemporary refinement with subtle African inspirations: natural wood, burnt orange accents, tribal textiles, and primitive art pieces echo through every space. Furnishings by Manutti and Roche Bobois enhance the ambiance with quiet sophistication
Interior
Main Villa
- Inside, elegant design meets everyday comfort. To one side of the entrance, a stylish living and dining area unfolds, complete with a cozy TV corner and an 82-inch Smart TV
- On the other, a pristine light-wood kitchen gleams with Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, a central island, and a breakfast bar for casual mornings
- Just outside, an additional dining area for eight and a Wolf gas grill promise memorable al fresco meals. Sliding glass doors allow both the kitchen and the living room to transform into cool, climate-controlled interiors — while always keeping the ocean in view
- Flowing from the main terrace, five bedroom suites offer tranquil retreats, each designed as a private cocoon of calm. Every suite features a king-size bed, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, expansive rain showers, and secluded garden showers open to the sky. Smart TVs and Bose soundbars with Bluetooth connectivity come standard in each room. Four of the five suites include walk-in closets.
