Description
VILLA LOUIS - 10 PEOPLE - 5 BEDROOMS
Villa Louis – The Art of Seaside Living in Grand Case.At the far end of a discreet private road in Grand Case lies Villa Louis, an oasis where natural beauty and tranquility are adorned with an eclectic touch of refinement. Here, contemporary elegance mingles effortlessly with opulence in a captivating tableau. Though secluded, the villa is just steps away from the vibrant culinary capital of the Caribbean. Grand Case’s renowned restaurants and boutiques, gourmet markets at Hope Estate, and the wine treasures of Bacchus are all within easy reach. Orient Bay’s beaches, Marigot’s lively marina, and both island airports lie only a short drive away. Villa Louis is not merely a residence; it is a rare experience—a place where Caribbean rhythms meet European sophistication, where every detail, every perspective, and every ocean breeze tells a story of elegance and escape.
Exterior :
- The arrival is a prelude to enchantment: graceful palms and tropical foliage frame Moroccan arches and delicate ironwork
- Beyond the hand-carved double doors, the vista opens wide—palm trees swaying, the pool shimmering, and just beyond, the Caribbean Sea stretches to infinity. Before you lies Petite Plage, the endless horizon, the tropical sky, and the distant silhouette of Anguilla, with the curve of Grand Case Bay completing the scene
- Covered and open-air terraces, punctuated by arches and columns, span the length of the villa and lead to the horseshoe-shaped heated pool, set dramatically at the water’s edge. At its heart, a shaded loggia invites long, languid meals or restful afternoons, while the jacuzzi nearby promises ultimate relaxation
Interior
Main Villa
- Inside, space breathes light and harmony. Vast interiors open fully to the ocean breeze or retreat into the cool serenity of complete air-conditioning. Travertine floors flow seamlessly between indoors and outdoors, erasing all boundaries. Contemporary lines intertwine with European antiques, while striking works of art and rare objets d’art bring the air of a gallery—yet one designed for relaxation, comfort, and effortless charm
- The living room adjoins a semi-private media room and library, a cocoon for moments of retreat. The kitchen, a jewel of French-Caribbean inspiration, unveils soft green hues, grey marble counters, and a professional Lacanche stove, all gazing out to sea. Outdoors, a built-in barbecue extends the pleasure of convivial cooking
- Five refined bedroom suites compose the villa. Four within the main residence open directly to sweeping sea views, while the fifth, nestled within a private casita off the courtyard, ensures intimacy. The master suite, perched above a marble staircase, is a secluded haven: a private terrace suspended over the sea, bathed in light, with a bathroom adorned in semi-precious stone. Each suite blends contemporary elegance with subtle opulence, some with patios or bathrooms gazing directly at the ocean. Here is the composition of the bedrooms :
