Description
VILLA CONSTANT - 14 PEOPLE - 7 BEDROOMS
Graciously perched atop a promontory overlooking the iconic Baie Rouge, in the exclusive enclave of Terres Basses, Villa Constant is a rare and exceptional villa—a private sanctuary where land, sea, and sky converge in a breathtaking 270-degree panorama. Recently redesigned with elegance and precision, this 7-bedroom, 7.5-bath property marries the charm of French Caribbean architecture with the clean sophistication of contemporary living. Secluded and serene, yet just moments from island boutiques and gourmet restaurants, Villa Constant offers a world apart—a place of rare calm and timeless luxury. Available for rental as a 4, 5, 6, or 7-bedroom villa, it is the ideal retreat for families, friends, or couples seeking a refined and intimate Caribbean escape.
Exterior :
- A secluded pathway, winding through tropical greenery, leads gently down to the golden sands of the beach below
- At the heart of the villa, a deep blue infinity pool lined with mosaic tiles glistens under the sun, extending toward the horizon where the Caribbean Sea and Simpson Bay Lagoon merge. In the distance, the gentle contours of Dutch St. Maarten complete the postcard-perfect view
- The stone and hardwood terrace surrounding the pool is adorned with refined sun loungers, inviting languorous afternoons under the sun. A shaded gazebo, plush and intimate, becomes the perfect stage for evening cocktails as the sunset spills its amber light across the sea. Nearby, a second covered area with a gas barbecue and wet bar welcomes alfresco dining against the backdrop of ocean breezes
- Surrounding the estate, tropical gardens bloom with fragrance and color, lining the driveway and softening the descent to the beach with their natural poetry.
Interior
Main Villa
- Inside, the villa exudes understated elegance. Natural wood, smooth parquet floors, and traditional wooden shutters open wide to let in the coastal light and frame hypnotic sea views
- The expansive living space features a generous oversized sofa, a widescreen Samsung TV for relaxed evenings, and a sophisticated dining table for twelve
- The brand-new kitchen—an ode to minimalist luxury—blends slate gray and crisp white cabinetry with granite countertops, a Tribu breakfast bar, and top-of-the-line appliances including a gas cooktop, dual Liebherr refrigerators, and a dedicated wine cooler
- Each bedroom is a private retreat, thoughtfully positioned to ensure peace and privacy. All offer air-conditioning, ceiling fans, TVs, and designer en-suite bathrooms with luxurious rain showers and refined fixtures. Three king-size bedrooms are located within the main house, while two others have their own separate entrances. A sixth bedroom nestles quietly at the rear of the terrace.
- The master suite is an experience unto itself. Located in a standalone cottage amid lush gardens, it opens onto an expansive seafront terrace with its own hot tub, outdoor rain shower, and a charming swing seat.
